We hold regular get-togethers, about every two months, for current carers and people who have been carers in the past. We meet for an informal chat, for about 2 hours, over a cup of tea or coffee. It is a chance for carers to have a break, and to meet up with people who have the same experiences.

We no longer meet at The Inn on the Park, but in the Burston Garden Centre, St Albans.

The garden centre is less than a mile from The Noke Hotel on the A405, going towards St Albans.
